Illness, accidents and traumatic events can take their toll on our general health and our sense of wellbeing

Craniosacral therapy can play a key role in helping clients to recover and regain a proper sense of themselves and their sense of wellbeing following accidents, illness, traumatic experiences or prolonged periods of stress.

CST is unique in the way it works with the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of our wellbeing as it works to re-establish health and to relinquish patterns of stress and anxiety that can otherwise be difficult to shake.

Clients are encouraged to have a realistic approach to supporting their recovery.  Best results are seen when using CST alongside good nutrition and appropriate exercise regimes, it is especially useful to practise pilates, yoga, tai chi or other exercise that specifically help to relieve stress and connect the mind and body.
